We only collect the data you send us through the contact form or direct contact channels: name, email, phone, project type and location, and the content of your message.

We do not collect sensitive data and we do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Data is used solely to answer your request, prepare quotations and manage the pre-contractual or contractual relationship. The legal basis is your consent and/or steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.

4. Retention

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to reply and follow up commercially and, where a contract exists, for the legal retention periods (including tax obligations).

5. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell or transfer personal data. We may use technical service providers (website hosting and email delivery) acting as processors under confidentiality and security obligations.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing, by writing to tiagojdp@gmail.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD).
